Privacy Policy

Account information: Your name and email address when you create an account.

Payment information: Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers.

Simulation inputs: The marketing copy, audience parameters, and configuration you provide when running simulations.

Usage data: Pages visited, features used, simulation counts, and basic device information (browser type, screen size) to improve the service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Run simulations based on the inputs you provide
• Improve the accuracy and performance of CrowdTest simulations
• Send transactional emails (receipts, account changes, security alerts)
• Provide customer support when you contact us

We do not sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.

We do not store your marketing copy longer than needed. Simulation inputs are automatically deleted after 30 days unless you explicitly save them to your account.

We do not use your content to train AI models. Your simulation inputs are processed in real time and are not used as training data.

We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

We use the following third-party services to operate CrowdTest:

• Stripe -- Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel -- Frontend hosting and edge delivery.
• Railway -- Backend infrastructure and database hosting.
• Groq -- LLM inference for running audience simulations. Simulation inputs are sent to Groq for processing and are not retained by Groq after the request completes.

Simulation inputs: Automatically deleted 30 days after creation, unless you save them to your account history.

Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request.

Payment records: Retained as required by law for tax and accounting purposes.

You have the right to:

• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings
• Export your data by contacting us at privacy@crowdtest.io
• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data in your account
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the app. Your continued use of CrowdTest after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
